I thought I'd pop over and post a little blurb. Of late, I've just been SOOOO bored with sitting on the computer. I hardly do much on here these days. I pop into Woot! to see what great deal they have for the day,.... I will pop into Subeta and see if there's anything fun going on,.... and of course Facebook,... but that's like IT. I only just updated my personal blog this morning,.... I slack there as well.

The PSP bug has just totally left me,... but I'm not gone for good. I hope that something happens soon and I'm wanting to play again. Sometimes I miss it, and open PSP and nothing happens. Or sometimes I mess around with my photos. I have an at home RL project going on,.... and I'm reading lots. Other than that,... I'm just here :o) I hope everyone in the PSP world is doing well and staying creative!! Keep an eye half open for me,... I might surprise you and pop back into things again.

With that,.... have a lovely Spring and or Summer if I don't return before then!

I thought I would try something new and create some overlays for Thanksgiving. Just a few little goodies. There are only 4 in this set, think they turned out pretty good for just goofing around today.

I've decided to make these okay for CU/PU as well. I have added a revision on my TOU so there shouldn't be any confusion. Hope you enjoy!!! Leave me some lovin if you download!! Love to see/hear what people think.

Summer is nearly here!

With that comes a couple of months of NO SCHOOL!!! Yeah, I am excited. I hope to get some more stuff going here. I've had the itch to work on more kits, some templates etc,.... so stay tuned!

I must say I really REALLY suck at making templates, but I had to attempt one for Cherished Angels.

This is a Cherished Angel *cough* exclusive *cough* Yeah, she's a beaut huh??? I know, I know,... wipe the tears from your eyes.... you can quit laughing now.

One thing is for sure, if you pop over to Cherished Angels awesome blog, you'll find some really GREAT templates made by our talented ladies!! Maybe you'll be interested enough to pop into our forum and take a look around and well, stay awhile!?!

My third kit,... DONE!! I feel pretty good about this one too,.... I've learned quite a bit, and had fun creating and thinking of other element ideas. I want to thank Joanne over at My Scrappy Life for ALL of her help!! Believe me, it was a LOT!!! I can't even begin to express how much I appreciate it. I thought I would post the swatch for the new kit I'm going to get to work on,.... the swatch is the start of it LOL I thought if I posted,... I would defiantly have to commit to it right???

So, since I've watched, read, asked questions,.... all that stuff you do when you're learning how to do something new. I anticipate this kit to be better than my previous kits.

It will be a Valentine's kit,.... so,... I should get started huh??? Let's hope it's worth using in the end ;o)

Silly as it might seem, when I posted my first template and found that both DigiFree & Creative Busy Hands both found my blog and posted my template, I was VERY excited :o) It's like WOW!!! My stuff is actually good enough that they're interested in putting it on a site where EVERYONE can see?????

I'm going to redo my links here,... but I'm finding that to be sort of overwhelming atm. I wanted to do a Tut section, Scrap section, Resource section,.... and then friends too... just not sure how to work it all out like I see in my head yet LOL

In any event,.... I'm very familiar with DigiFree and have used their site for a long time!!! Such great finds there!!!!

I didn't know about Creative Busy Hands site though, and am anxious to check it out as well!!!

Many thanks to both sites, and users of those sites for stopping in here, noticing my work and those that have downloaded!! It's very satisfying to know that someone (lots of someone's) are even interested :o)

With a little bit of blending, you can make the snowman scarf look really nice!!!

I am sorely neglecting this blog. My mojo has taken a long vacation and hasn't said when it will return,.... I really want to scrap more, but I guess I'm leery about what I can and can't use,... so I'm working on that,... with a lot of link help from JaLee :o)

In the meantime, I LOVE templates,.... I'm always impressed with those that can create such wonderful, fun and elaborate templates too!!! I've tried and tried again to do something but it always looks lame.

While laying in bed this morning, I had these images pop into mind and sorted them out in my head,.. and though AH!! There's a template that's do-able!!!!

So, here it is,... my very first template,... very basic,... who knows, this could be the start of something though right???? :o)

Goodbye May, Hello June!!! Wow where is this year going???? So much has happened since my last post. Biggest news is my oldest son graduated High School May 15th. Wow!!! Just 3 more to go LOL

Anyhow... I can't even tell you how long I've had this kit in the works,... but I finally sat down and finished it. I have so much yet to learn, that I don't think it's all that wonderful. I wish I could have thought of more element ideas.

My how the time has flown!!! It has been a pretty busy month already too! Lets see,... my oldest has turned 18, he'll graduate this Friday evening,... wasn't it just yesterday that he was like 5 and starting school? *sigh*

Anyhow,... I've been pretty lax in getting anything done here, and sadly haven't touched my next scrapkit either. I've got some other element ideas for it, just hopefully I can sit down sometime soon and work on it!! I look forward to sharing :o)

Something fun.....

I'm working on another scrap kit, it's rather a slow process this time around. I don't want to use the same elements I used in the first one, and I'm not in the market to spend any real money on clip art things. I hope to dust off my tablet and see what I might could do :o)

In the meantime, I was playing around with making templates,... something else I would love to dabble with. They seem so simple to make, but some are pretty elaborate!! I hope to make some really pretty ones for tags in the near future.

For now, I hope you enjoy this freebie!!!

Most everything is on it's own layer,... for the basket, I just used the manual color correction,... there are a lot of fun ways to decorate the eggs too!!!

Bring Me Spring

Yay!!!! I've finally finished the kit, and have it zipped up and uploading on 4shared as I type.

As this is my first real kit, I know I have a lot more to learn. I do want to say thank you to all my wonderful friends over at Cherished Angels for all their help, and support!!!! Not to mention, my awesome hubby for putting up with all my bugging LOL While his interest in scrapkit creation is small, he does humor me well and looks genuinely impressed when he looks at even the smallest embellishment. (Love you honey!)

Inside the Kit:
11 various papers, 41 elements which include, Bows, butterflies, clips, doodles and flowers, as well as 9 frames and 8 tags!!

I look forward to making more kits and other scrapping and tagging items,... so yes, this will be the first of many creations.

I would LOVE to see what you do with my kit, so feel free to email me or comment me with links!!!

Sneak Peek

I've been pretty anxious to finish this little beginner kit,.... thought I would at least throw up a preview so you can see what's comin SOON!!

I named it "Bring Me Spring" because I'm really REALLY tired of the cold weather,.... would you believe my kids got to play in the SNOW today?????? Geez.

So far this kit has 6 papers, 7 frames, 4 tags, and 32 various elements,..... they're not all shown in this preview as I keep adding more LOL

I hope to have it finished up and posted sometime soon. I feel my papers are rather inadequate so want to toy with making a few more that look better.

Welp... guess that's it for now!!!

So, I finally am jumping on the band wagon and starting up a scrap blog. I hope to post loads of fun freebies here, and other wonderful scrapping types of items as well.

I'm currently putting together my first tagger size scrap kit. I'm really learning right now, and don't consider it to be great by any means, however, I am quite proud of it!!

Once I have my layout and such done here, I hope to upload and share with everyone.
